Returns & Exchanges

At Fighter's Superstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your training needs, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original boxing, ensuring all protective wraps and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
